Shipping & returns

Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment and typically delivered in 3–6 working days. Metro cities are usually faster.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹1999. Below that, a flat fee is shown at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

Raise a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and carry their original tags. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Order tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. If anything looks wrong, write to hello@miistiqfashion.com and we will sort it out.
