1. Services

MiistiqFashion offers browsing and purchasing of women’s westernwear and lifestyle products, along with secure payment, shipping, and support services. By using the Platform, you agree to follow these Terms, which may be updated periodically.

2. Account & Usage

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

• Provide accurate information during registration and maintain account security.

• Do not impersonate, create fake accounts, or misuse the Platform.

3. Product Info & Pricing

We aim for accurate descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. Prices are in INR and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payments can be made online or via COD where available.

• Order confirmations will be sent via email or SMS.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery times vary by location and are provided at checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may be refunded as per policy. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days for unused items with tags. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Nirantaa Clothing Private Limited. Do not copy or reuse without permission.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Termination

We may suspend or block access for any violations of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as per our Privacy Policy. We may share information with partners for order fulfillment. You have rights to access and manage your data.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not shipped. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.
