Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame:
You may return items within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Free from stains, marks, damages, or odors (such as perfume, deodorant, etc.).

Exceptions:

  • Items labeled ā€œFinal Saleā€ or ā€œNon-Returnableā€ are not eligible for returns.

  • Accessories or promotional gifts included with your purchase must also be returned where applicable.

  • Customized or altered items (e.g., personalized fittings) are not eligible for return.


Steps to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a Return Request:

  • Visit our website and go to the Returns section.

  • Complete the Return Request Form by providing your order details, reason for return, and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Return Approval:

  • Our team will review your request and send a confirmation email with return instructions.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for review and approval.

3. Shipping the Return:

  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Ship it to the address provided in the approval email using a reliable courier service.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or damaged item).


Refund Process

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.) as preferred by the customer.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI within 7 to 10 working days after the product passes our quality check. We will collect your bank account details or UPI ID at the time of approval. Please note that cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Refund Timeline:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.

Deductions:

  • Applicable shipping or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount where necessary.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size, color, or product.

  • Customers must initiate an exchange request via the Returns section on the website.

  • After receiving and inspecting the original item, the replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.

  2. Attach clear photographs of the issue along with your order details.

  3. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund.

  • Non-Compliance: Items not meeting the above requirements will not be eligible for return or refund.
