We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
If your area is not covered, our team will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹29 applies to all orders.

  • Express Shipping (where available): Additional charges may apply depending on your location and preferred delivery speed.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement.

  • Customized or Pre-order Items: These may require extra processing time, which will be communicated during checkout.

  • Dispatch Confirmation: You will receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be canceled.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find any items missing:

Non-Serviceable Areas

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement and initiate a full refund if payment has been made.
